Arbitration appointments are accepted on the terms current at the time of acceptance of either the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) or the Rules of the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) as appropriate, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Unless the parties agree to use the Small or Intermediate Claims Procedure or the FALCA Rules, the Standard Terms will apply.
